GoPro Products and Accessories for Motorcycles
History of GoPro
The idea of creating a high-definition camera brand arose from the need to capture great moments while practicing any extreme sport. Nick Woodman, a passionate surfer, created an initial wrist mount where he placed his camera in order to take photos and videos while surfing. With this idea, in 2002, Woodman patented the GoPro brand and secured funding to launch this start-up.
After much research and development, the first version of the GoPro hit the market in 2004, in a more analog format that initially only adapted to surfboards. It wasn't until 2006 that the first digital camera was released, which only allowed 10-second video recording without audio. The brand began sponsoring professional athletes and appearing at sports events, which increased its recognition and brought great success.
In 2012, the GoPro Hero3 camera was launched, capable of recording in HD and 12 megapixels. This model has evolved over time with new improvements and updates, and the Hero 13 is now available on the market.
